Jennifer Noiles

EXOS Director of Performance / BSC / BAH / BPHE / CSCS

Jennifer is a Performance Specialist. As the EXOS Director of Performance at Mayo Clinic, she oversees EXOS performance at the Sports Medicine Center’s in Rochester and Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jennifer studied at Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, where she rowed competitively on the Women’s Varsity Lightweight Team. Jennifer has always had a passion for human performance.She began her career with EXOS in 2006 at the Andrew’s Institute in Pensacola Florida, and since then has contributed to all EXOS facilities in the United States. In 2010, Jennifer was named Performance Manager of the EXOS Texas facility, and added the role of Manager of Internal Education in 2012 at the EXOS facility in Los Angeles, California. Throughout her career, Jennifer has had the great opportunity to work with a wide variety of athletes: professional, tactical, youth, and corporate. She has been instrumental in the development of the partnership with Mayo Clinic and is very excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.

Casey Clark

EXOS Performance Specialist / BSC / MHR / CSCS

Casey is a Performance Specialist with EXOS at Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Center in Rochester, Minnesota. He joined EXOS in 2014 after a year as assistant strength and conditioning coach at the University of Iowa. Prior to Iowa, Casey was a member of the strength and conditioning staff at the United States Olympic Training Center, working with athletes in the sports of track and field, rugby, archery, soccer and volleyball. He was also a graduate assistant at the University of Oklahoma in 2011-12, designing and implementing programs for baseball, men's and women's golf and wrestling programs. Casey earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Business Administration from Winona State in 2011, where he was Team Captain of the Football team, earning all-conference honors, as well as academic all-conference recognition. He went on to complete a Master's degree in Human Relations from Oklahoma in 2012.

Luke Corey

EXOS Performance Nutritionist / BAH / BSCAHN / RD of Canada

Luke is a Registered Dietitian and Performance Nutritionist with EXOS at Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Center in Rochester, Minnesota. Prior to joining EXOS in 2014, Luke operated a successful private nutrition practice in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada for four years where he specialized in sports nutrition, weight management and general wellness. He has written articles for various magazines and newspapers, appeared on television and radio, and teamed up with other health professionals and organizations to develop and launch initiatives targeted at improving the health and wellbeing of the general population. Luke received degrees at Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, and Mount Saint Vincent University in Nova Scotia, Canada. He was Captain of the Varsity Soccer Team at Queen’s, and continued his soccer career as Head Coach of the Men’s Varsity Soccer Team at the Mount for seven successful seasons.

Shawn Vinz

Performance Coach

Shawn is the Hockey Lead at Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine.  He is a native of Rochester, MN who attended Shattuck St. Mary’s and went on to play in the USHL for Cedar Rapids, the NCAA at the University of New Hampshire and in the ECHL under the New Your Rangers.  He oversees all aspects of hockey training for athletes, with an emphasis on skating mechanics and skill development.  The Ice Hawks have been training with Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Performance Team since the beginning of the season.  They started by performing a series of individual off-ice tests to establish a baseline for each athlete.  Twice a week, the team trains with the Performance Team in the weight room, on the skating treadmill and synthetic ice, and with a registered dietitian to optimize each athletes potential.
